The Owner
Linda Menzies is the founder and owner of MENZIES ProCare. Having established her clinic over 20 years, she has embraced the opportunity to evolve with demands in the community to now focus her centre primarily on the diversified needs of lymphedema and associated disorders. As a Lymphedema Specialist (LANA) she brings extensive knowledge and experience to her profession, including specialized training in Breast Cancer Rehab and Head & Neck Lymphedema. Her passion to serve Southern Manitoba and the Lymphedema community has led to offering a specialized Lymphedema Centre unique to Manitoba.
Linda Menzies, along with all her staff are caring individuals who are truly dedicated to treating patients who are affected by the various forms of Lymphedema, and Lipedema. Caring is our passion as we aim to empower our patients, give them hope, and alleviating their pain emotionally and physically.

Roma Letkeman
Product Manager, Bookkeeper
Roma has been a key player on the team at MENZIES ProCare for many years. Having worked the varies roles of administration has given her a solid background to lead the admin team. She is known for her meticulous skills as the book keeper and the very important role as product manager for all our medical compression products.
Dr. Andrew Bryk, ND
Dr. Bryk, N.D. graduated from the four year Doctoral program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to his medical training Dr. Bryk ND. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba.
With an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion Dr. Bryk N.D. works with his patients to help them become an active participant in the management of their own health. He uses an eclectic approach to health incorporating clinical nutrition, counselling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and hydrotherapy to best match the treatment to the patients needs. Dr. Bryk's goal is to work together with patients to find solutions that address the root cause of symptoms and to empower them with the tools necessary to reclaim their health. It starts with an initial intake and assessment where he takes time to listen to you, gain helpful information to create a treatment plan, and then work together with you to help reach your optimal health and wellness. He has a special interest in digestive issues, endocrine disorders and pain management. He is trained to treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
Dr. Bryk, N.D. is licensed, board certified and registered in Manitoba. He is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctor

Vicki is an avid Harley Davison motorcycle fan. She enjoys summer days that allow her to take her Harley out for a ride and enjoy the outdoors.
Janey Gonta
Janey Gonta is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience, predominantly in the NICU. She holds both a BA and Master's degree from Israel. She has taken her Canadian training as a Medical Compression Expert for Mastectomy prostheses and bras, and Medical Compression garments. Janey's professional passion lies in providing compassionate care for each individual patient. You will sometimes see her welcoming smile at her front desk as she also fills in as a part-time receptionist. She is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian which is a huge asset to many patients in the patient-focused care she provides.
In her free time, Janie enjoys spending quality moments with her family, tending to her garden, baking, crocheting, and solving puzzles.
Rhonda Derksen
Rhonda is our always cheerful receptionist and admin assistant. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her field of expertise. Her keen eye to details, along with an ability to multitask (x10!) brings a calmness, sense of humor, and joy to the clinic. She enjoys interacting with every patient that comes in making them feel welcome and cared for. When she’s not at the front desk, she can be found working in the back office as an assistant in product management and bookkeeping.
Dr. Yali Bai
Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine
Dr. Bai is a skilled acupuncturist with a background in Chinese medicine. She studied at Heze Chinese Medical School in the 1980s. She specializes in pain control through acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, many other therapeutical skills, and facial beauty treatments. Her practice includes the use of acupuncture needles, cupping, and moxibustion. She is proficient in both English and Mandarin, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients effectively.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, practicing Tai Chi, and dancing. These hobbies not only enrich her personal life but also complements her professional practice, bringing balance and harmony to her approach in acupuncture.
Jenny Wang, RMT
During her free time Jenny continues her ongoing study in acupuncture, loves spending time with her grandchildren, and practicing Taichi.
Jenny is fluent in Chinese and continues to study English as her second language.
